The Company Story
From a seed of an idea to a fund in bloom.
The Seed
It started with a phone call.
People with capital who didn't want to be hands-on in real estate. Operators with deals who needed capital that was structured, fair, and fast. Legacy Bloom started in the middle — underwriting carefully, communicating clearly.
The Sprout
One loan became ten.
Every deal came through word of mouth — somebody we worked with introducing us to somebody else. No marketing budget. No paid ads. No sales team. Just a model that quietly worked.
The Bud
Ten became eighty.
The pattern repeated. The structure held. 100% of principal returned on every loan funded — and a small circle of investors kept asking when the next one was open.
The Bloom
So we built the fund.
Over $8M deployed, 80+ loans funded, and 20+ repeat investors. Legacy Bloom Capital exists to scale a model that already works — deal by deal, referral by referral.
The Founder Story
Why Keleisha built Legacy Bloom.
I started in restaurants — hostess, busser, manager — learning how to lead under pressure and stay calm when the margin for error was thin. That's where the work ethic was built.
Real estate found me during COVID as an out-of-state fix-and-flip investor, working 80+ hour weeks. The pivot came when institutional financing fell through at closing — and I had to find another path.
That path was private capital. People with cash who didn't want to manage projects. Operators with deals who needed capital that was structured, fair, and fast. I sat in the middle — underwriting carefully, communicating clearly.
One rule guided every deal, and still does: there must always be a clear path to getting capital back. Returns matter, but return of capital matters first.
